All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Please allow additional time for production before shipping. Custom orders may take 2–4 weeks to complete depending on the project.


Lazy K Leather Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with any delivery issues.

Eligible Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at below with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Each piece is handcrafted, often using your own hide or a one-of-a-kind material, making it uniquely yours. Because of this, no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.
